Refund policy
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unworn and unused;
- have its original tags attached;
- be returned in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
How to Request a Return
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@likeitharder.nl.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are returned without a prior return request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@likeitharder.nl. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. If a return is necessary due to our error or a defective item, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please return your current product. Once your return has been approved, simply place a new order for the item you would like.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@likeitharder.nl
